Kayaking Mama

The 31st Cruising Regatta Small Boat Races began with the very small boat races.

They said making it pretty was easy, making it sail was harder.

Next was the dinghies actually designed to sail.

The winner had special crew.

Next up was the inflatable dinghy adapted for sailing.  It wasn’t pretty.

With over 600 pounds of crew, and a sail from Home Depot, we have a winner.

Finally, the kayak races we had been preparing for.

We went off in heats of four kayakers.
